Email
and WebMail
Part of all the web sites we
create include an email component. We supply
you with a limited number of email addresses
based upon your domain name. This option
allows each person in your company or organization
to have their own unique email address. You
can also assign emails to departments.
POP Email Clients
Use our POP3 mail servers with any common email client. Outlook (2000-2007), Outlook Express (Windows XP), Microsoft Mail (Windows Vista), Thunderbird (PC or Mac), Entourage (Mac) and Mail (Mac).
You create the email accounts and passwords in your control panel and then follow the easy setup intructions provided in the support section.
WebMail
WebMail
enables you to check
your email from any computer with a browser
and an Internet connection! All the email
users under your domain name will be able
to send, receive, delete, and compose email
with this user-friendly, web-based program.

SPAM and AntiVirus
Filtering (More)
Our virus definitions and SPAM filters
are constantly updated and the filtering is
done at at the main servers, which means that
the bad email will never even hit your account!
In addition, we can set up
auto responders, email forwarding and email
lists.
Auto Responders can
send a standard reply automatically to email
sent
to a particular
email address.
Email Forwarding allows
you to have your email sent to an existing
email
address so that you can keep all of your
email in one place.
Email Lists allow
you to collect email addresses of customers
and potential customers and keep in touch
with
them though email. Email lists are
great for distributing electronic newsletters
and updates to large numbers of people
while
only sending one email. |
