Trailhead Web Design originally started as a print publishing company, which focused on outdoor oriented publications.

As time went on it became apparent that much of the exciting development in the publishing field was going on in the digital form, specifically multimedia CD-ROMs and the World Wide Web. Trailhead Web Design began designing web pages before Netscape even existed and before Microsoft made a web browser (anyone remember Mosaic?).

We still prefer to work locally and most of our business is through word of mouth. Trailhead Web Design is currently located in Fort Collins, Colorado and has been for the past 25 years. We plan to continue to focus our web design efforts on creating unique, dynamic and exciting web sites that are custom tailored to our clients needs.

We created our first commercial web site in 1996. Trailhead Web Design was formed at the end of 1996 and the Trailhead web site was created a couple months later.

We have done web sites for illustrators, photographers, organizations, health care, individuals, schools, travel agents, health and beauty companies and many others.
